To support the latest Public Health England guidelines we are moving to a telephone triage system for all GP appointments until further notice. If you have an urgent requirement to see a GP, then please phone on the day. The receptionist will take some details and pass this to the GP who will then ring you at the time allocated. All advance or online appointments will also be via telephone or Skype if you request this. We have also set up econsult, a new system to ensure you can have a consult without coming in to the surgery so please do not come into the surgery. More information on this will be sent to you all in due course.
Our email is email@example.com and you can use this to request any repeat prescriptions. Or via online. We encourage all patients to nominate a chemist to collect their medication from and you can do this via reception too.
Please DO NOT request medication that is not due. The GP will NOT prescribe more than the allowed amount of medication which is the standard 2 months and if you are not due your medication, this will not be given. We cannot stockpile medicines. Please do not waste GP time when doing this.

We are only seeing patients for nurse appointments for the following issues.
Please do not come in however if you have any symptoms of Fever of 37.8 degrees and above or cough. You will be asked to leave the surgery
- Smear test
- Dressing or wound care
- Urgent blood tests
- Child immunisations
- Zoladex or B12 injections
- Flu / pneumonia / shingles / whooping cough vaccine
- Pill check.
- Ear syringing
